Thanks for your questions.
This Open Box printer will be shipped from our Germany warehouse. It is not a warranty return or a repaired unit.
The printer was originally purchased by some customers, but they opened the package and returned it because they changed their mind or no longer needed it. There was no fault or technical issue with the printer, and no parts have been repaired or replaced. We have checked the printer to make sure it works properly before reselling it.
It is still covered by our 1-year warranty, the same as a new printer.
Regarding the hardware revision, this unit comes from a recent production batch
