Hello is it imposseble to scan faces with bleu lasers or not.

Yes, the RaptorX can scan faces, but the blue laser mode is mainly designed for high-precision scanning of objects such as mechanical parts, automotive components, and industrial applications.
For face scanning and human body scanning, we recommend using the NIR (Near Infrared) scanning mode, which is more suitable for organic surfaces and provides a more comfortable scanning experience.
For best results when scanning faces:
Keep the person still during scanning
Use stable lighting conditions
Avoid fast movements
Use the appropriate NIR mode for better tracking
The RaptorX supports hybrid scanning technology (blue laser + NIR), allowing it to handle both high-precision objects and organic surfaces.
If you mainly want to scan people, faces, or full-body models, please let us know your application, and we can suggest the best scanning mode.
