1. Should I choose 20W Diode or 20W Fiber?
Choose 20W Diode for suitable wooden gifts, coasters and craft projects. Choose 20W Fiber for engraving compatible metal tags, keyrings and small nameplates. The right option depends on your material and the finish you want.
2. Does “5-in-1” mean all five laser modules are included?
No. The Falcon T1 platform supports five module options: 20W Diode, 40W Diode, 20W Fiber, 60W MOPA and 5W UV. You receive the module specified in your selected package. Additional modules are sold separately unless explicitly included in the bundle.
3. What comes in the standard machine package?
The standard package includes the Falcon T1 machine, your selected laser module, an interactive screen, a power adapter and a power cord. A rotary kit, conveyor, flexible fixture, knife blade bed, 3D engraving riser and air purifier are optional unless listed in your selected bundle.
4. How large is the standard engraving area?
The published standard working area is 175 × 175mm, suitable for many small personalised products. UV internal engraving has a smaller specified area of 70 × 70mm. Item height, shape and fixtures also affect whether a project fits.
5. Can the 20W versions produce metal colours or crystal internal engraving?
These are module-specific applications. Official guidance specifies the 60W MOPA module for metal colour engraving and the 5W UV module with the appropriate lens and riser for 3D internal engraving in compatible transparent materials. These capabilities are not included with a standard 20W Diode or 20W Fiber package.
